PUBLIC NOTICE – Summary Reading of Proposed Emergency Measures By-law, By-law # 202-25
Sussex Council intends to read a summary of the proposed Emergency Measures By-law, By-law #202-25 rather than reading the by-law in its entirety.
The purpose of this by-law is to establish a framework for emergency preparedness and response in Sussex, ensuring coordinated action during emergencies to protect the community.
The proposed by-law may be examined at the office of the Clerk between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday at the Town Office, located at 524 Main Street, Sussex NB.
