PUBLIC NOTICE – HEARING OF OBJECTIONS PROPOSED RURAL PLAN BY-LAW AMENDMENT 125-14-03
Sussex proposes to amend the Village of Sussex Corner Rural Plan By-Law, By-law #125-14.
The purpose of the proposed by-law amendment is to change the designation of a portion of the lands bearing PID #00201129 and a portion of PID #00461673, from a Rural Area “RA” Zone to a Residential 2 “R2” Zone with Terms and Conditions on these Lands.
The proposed by-law amendment may be inspected by interested citizens during the hours of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, at Sussex Town Office, 524 Main Street, Sussex or at the following link:
Written objections to the proposed by-law amendment will be received by the Town Clerk by email at tara.olesen@sussex.ca, or in person, or by mail to the Town Office until 5:00 PM on Monday, April 24, 2023.
A hearing of objections will be held in the Sussex Council Chambers located at 524 Main Street on Monday, April 24, 2023, at 6:30 PM, to hear these written objections. Any persons wishing to speak for or against these written objections may do so at that time.
