PUBLIC NOTICE: PROPOSED BY-LAW 858-20 – A BY-LAW RELATING TO THE PROCEDURES OF THE TOWN OF SUSSEX

The Town of Sussex intends to read a summary of the proposed By-law relating to the Procedures of the Town of Sussex, By-law #858-20 instead of reading the by-law in its entirety.  The purpose of this by-law is to establish the rules and regulations to be observed in all proceedings of Council and the order and dispatch of business of the Council and Committees of the Town of Sussex.

The proposed by-law may be examined at the office of the Clerk between 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday at the Town Office, located at 524 Main Street, Sussex NB or on the Town website at www.sussex.ca.
