Comfort Station and Splashpad Operational

The Town is pleased to advise the park-going public that the splashpad and new Kiwanis Comfort Station in O’Connell Park are now open for the public to access from 9:00am to 9:00pm daily.

Stonedust walkways have been established approaching the new building as we work to complete the remaining landscaping in the park space. We appreciate your support in staying out of the areas which are taped off for future work.

A formal ribbon cutting ceremony, respecting the current COVID-19 measures, will be conducted at a later date with our funding partners, the Kiwanis Club of Sussex, and the Province of New Brunswick.

Please enjoy this wonderful new addition to our community.
