PUBLIC NOTICE: ZONING BY-LAW AMENDMENT 1350-24-10

In accordance with Section 111 of the Community Planning Act, SNB 2017, c.19 and amendments thereto, PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Sussex intends to consider an amendment to the Zoning By-law to permit multiple main buildings on a single lot on a property on Main Street having PID 00268433 and civic address 312 Main Street with terms and conditions, subject to rezoning.

The Planning Advisory Committee Meeting will be held Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of Sussex Town Hall.

The Hearing of Objections will be held on Monday, June 22, 2026, at 6:30p.m. in the Council Chambers of Sussex Town Hall.

Written feedback, including objections or comments, on the proposed amendment should be forwarded to the undersigned no later than June 4, 2026, for Planning Advisory Committee review or no later than June 15, 2026, for the Hearing of Objections. Please note, anonymous submissions will not be considered.
