PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sussex Council enacted a Municipal Plan Amendment, By-Law 704-24-03, on July 20, 2026.

In accordance with the Community Planning Act, SNB 2017, c 19, Ministerial approval was given to By-law 704-24-03 on August 12, 2026.

By-law 704-24-03 was filed in the Kings County Registry Office as Document #47633590 on September 18, 2026.
