PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sussex Council enacted a Municipal Plan Amendment, By-Law 704-24-04, on August 17, 2026.

In accordance with the Community Planning Act, SNB 2017, c 19, Ministerial approval was given to By-law 704-24-04 on September 2, 2026.

By-law 704-24-04 was filed in the Kings County Registry Office as Document #47634259 on September 18, 2026.
