PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sussex Council enacted a Municipal Plan Amendment, By-Law 704-24-02, on December 15, 2025.

In accordance with the Community Planning Act, SNB 2017, c 19, Ministerial approval was given to By-law 704-24-02 on August 13, 2026.

By-law 704-24-02 was filed in the Kings County Registry Office as Document #47561155 on August 27, 2026.
