Sussex Council intends to read a summary of the proposed By-Law #1203-10-15, A By-Law to Amend Schedule “A” of By-Law 1203-10 a By-Law to Regulate Water, Sanitary and Storm Sewer Systems

The purpose of this by-law is to amend Schedule “A” of By-Law #1203-10 to revise the conversion factors used in Schedule “A” Water, Sanitary Sewer and Storm Sewer Rate Charges.

The proposed by-law may be examined at the office of the Clerk between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday at the Town Office, located at 524 Main Street, Sussex NB.
