Sussex Council intends to read a summary of the proposed By-Law #139-26, A By-Law To Amend Schedule A Of By-Law 37-99 A By-Law Respecting The Water Utility And By-Law 18-A, A By-Law Respecting The Sewer System.

The purpose of this by-law is to amend conversion factors of Schedule “A” of By-Law 37-99 A By-Law Respecting The Water Utility And By-Law 18-A, a By-Law Respecting The Sewer System.

The proposed by-law may be examined at the office of the Clerk between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday at the Town Office, located at 524 Main Street, Sussex NB.
