Sussex provides a competitive salary & benefit package that includes paid leave, dental and health benefits, and a defined contribution pension package. The town’s benefits are administered based on a collective agreement for unionized workers and a town policy for those employees not included in the union. Sussex also provides for health & dental services, group life and disability insurances, and an employee wellness program.
