PUBLIC NOTICE: PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE TOWN OF SUSSEX PLANNING ADVISORY COMMITTEE BY-LAW
Notice is hereby given that the Council of Sussex intends to consider the adoption of a by-law amending the Town of Sussex Planning Advisory Committee By-law, enacted pursuant to the Community Planning Act. Sussex Council intends to read a summary of the proposed Sussex Planning Advisory Committee By-Law, By-Law #855-26.
The purpose of this by-law is to establish the membership, terms of appointment, vacancy provisions and constitution requirements for the Sussex Planning Advisory Committee. It also repeals and replaces the Planning Advisory Committee by-laws inherited from the former Town of Sussex and Village of Sussex Corner with a single unified by-law governing the Planning Advisory Committee for Sussex.

Council intends to read a summary and will consider the proposed by-law amendment at a meeting to be held as follows:
