PUBLIC NOTICE – WITHDRAWAL OF APPLICATION TO AMEND THE ZONING BY-LAW

Notice is hereby given that the application to amend the Zoning By-law of the Municipality of Sussex respecting lands located on the west side of Queen Street identified as PID 30280549 has been withdrawn by the applicant.

As a result of the withdrawal, the proposed amendment will no longer be considered by Council and any further review of the application under the provisions of the Community Planning Act, S.N.B. 2017, c. 19, ss. 110-117 has been discontinued.

Any public hearing, meeting, or other proceedings that may have been scheduled in relation to this application are hereby cancelled and the property will remain subject to the zoning and development provisions currently in effect.
