PUBLIC NOTICE – Summary Reading of Proposed By-Law Respecting The Sewer System By-Law # 139-25 Schedule A Water, Sanitary Sewer, and Storm Sewer Rate Charges

Sussex Council intends to read a summary of the proposed By-Law to Amend Schedule A of By-Law 37-99 A By-Law Respecting The Water Utility and By-Law 18-A, A By-Law Respecting The Sewer System By-Law # 139-25 Schedule A Water, Sanitary Sewer, and Storm Sewer Rate Charges.

The purpose of this by-law is to amend Schedule “A”. This Schedule “A” provides for water and sanitary sewer rates and storm sewer and standard charges.

The proposed by-law may be examined at the office of the Clerk between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday at the Town Office, located at 524 Main Street, Sussex NB.
