Water & Sewer Bill Update – October 2025
Due to the ongoing Canada Post service disruption, Sussex has held off mailing the October 1 water and sewer bills. All accounts have been updated, and new charges have been posted for the current billing period.
Residents who wish to review their account, obtain a copy of their bill, or make a payment are welcome to visit Town Hall at 524 Main Street or contact the Town Office at (506) 432-4540. Staff are happy to assist with any questions or help coordinate payment options.
A 5% discount will continue to apply if payment is made within 30 days of issuance.
Payments can be made in several convenient ways:
- In person at Town Hall
- Through online banking (search “Town of Sussex” or “Sussex Utilities”)
- At your bank
- At Service New Brunswick
- Through the Water Bill Payment Portal
Please note that we are not able to accept e-Transfers or payments over the phone.
