Sussex Zoning By-law Amendment, By-law 1350-24 – Summary Reading

Sussex intends to read a summary of the proposed Sussex Zoning By-law #1350-24 instead of reading the by-law in its entirety.

The purpose of this by-law is to consolidate the Town of Sussex Zoning By-law 1350-21 and the Village of Sussex Corner Rural Plan By-law #124-14, and to include unincorporated areas acquired through local governance reform in 2023 that previously lacked designation.

The proposed by-law may be examined at the office of the Clerk between 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday at the Town Office, located at 524 Main Street, Sussex NB or at the following link.
