PUBLIC NOTICE: ZONING BY-LAW AMENDMENT 1350-24-08

In accordance with Section 111 of the Community Planning Act, SNB 2017, c.19 and amendments thereto, PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Sussex intends to consider an amendment to the Zoning By-law to permit multiple main buildings on a single property to develop six residential buildings subject to rezoning.

The Planning Advisory Committee Meeting will be held Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of Sussex Town Hall.

The Hearing of Objections will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 6:45 p.m. in the Council Chambers of Sussex Town Hall.

Written feedback, including objections or comments, on the proposed amendment should be forwarded to the undersigned no later than February 06, 2026, for Planning Advisory Committee review or no later than February 13, 2026, for the Hearing of Objections.
