Sussex Council intends to read a summary of the proposed By-Law to Amend Schedule “A” Of By-Law 1203-10 A By-Law To Regulate Water, Sanitary and Storm Sewer Systems, By-Law # 1203-10-14 Schedule “A”Water, Sanitary Sewer and Storm Sewer Rate Charges

The purpose of this by-law is to amend Schedule “A”. This Schedule “A” provides for water and sanitary sewer rates and storm sewer and standard charges.

The proposed by-law may be examined at the office of the Clerk between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday at the Town Office, located at 524 Main Street, Sussex NB.
