PUBLIC NOTICE – Summary Reading of Proposed By-law 139-23

Sussex Council intends to read a summary of the proposed By-Law To Amend Schedule “A” of By-law 37-99 A By-law Respecting the Water Utility and Schedule A of By-law 18-A, A By-law Respecting the Sewer System, By-law 139-23 rather than reading the by-law in its entirety.

The purpose of this by-law is to provide for water and sanitary sewer rates and storm sewer and standard charges in the town of Sussex.

The proposed by-law may be examined at the office of the Clerk between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday at the Town Office, located at 524 Main Street, Sussex NB.
