PUBLIC HEARING OF OBJECTIONS – WESTGATE APARTMENTS

Sussex has received an application from the owner group of the Westgate Apartment Complex to vary the development proposal by the construction of ten (10) self-contained storage units on the Westgate Estates development lands on Lansdowne South.  These self-contained storage units were not included in the original application and public presentation therefore Sussex Council is seeking public input on the new application.

A public meeting to consider objections is scheduled for July 11, 2024, at 6 PM at 524 Main Street.

Written objections, which will form part of the public record, can be submitted to the Town Clerk until 5 PM on Thursday, July 11, 2024. While you will not receive a response to your submission, it will be considered by Sussex Council at this open public meeting. Objections can be submitted in person or by mail to 524 Main Street, Sussex NB E4E 3E4, or by email to tara.olesen@sussex.ca.  

Residents wishing to speak for or against this application are invited to attend this open public meeting.

Conceptual drawings of the proposal can be inspected in person at the Clerk’s Office at 524 Main Street.
