PUBLIC HEARING OF OBJECTIONS: PROPOSED ZONING BY-LAW AMENDMENT AT 12 BRYANT DRIVE

In accordance with Section 111 of the Community Planning Act, SNB 2017, c.19 and amendments thereto, PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Sussex intends to consider an amendment to By-law #1350-21, the “Sussex Zoning By-law,” to rezone the subject property located at 12 Bryant Drive (PID 30137186) from One Unit Residential (R1) to One and Two-Unit Residential (R2) in order to permit two, six-unit townhouse developments.

The Planning Advisory Committee will review the application on Wednesday October 8, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of Sussex Town Hall.
The Hearing of Objections will be held on Monday, November 24, 2025, at 6:45 p.m. in the Council Chambers of Sussex Town Hall.
Written feedback, including objections or comments, on the proposed amendment should be forwarded to the undersigned no later than the following dates:
Planning Advisory Committee Review: October 1, 2025
Hearing of Objections by Council: November 20, 2025
