Tender P1005 Town Hall Entry Stair Replacement

On behalf of the Town of Sussex, tenders marked ‘P1005 ENTRY STAIR REPLACEMENT’ will be received by the Town of Sussex until 3:00 p.m. local time, APRIL 7, 2026.

The intent of the Bid Call is to obtain a bid for construction, for the Entry Stair Replacement to the existing SUSSEX TOWN HALL building located at 524 Main Street, Sussex, NB. Work will include but not limited to; miscellaneous demolition, tree removal, excavation, trenching and backfill, precast concrete stair treads, cast in place reinforced concrete, face brick, granite wall caps, metal railings, concrete sidewalks, flagpole installation, granite bollard installation, precast concrete unit paving installation, site lighting and electrical, topsoil and sod, and miscellaneous items for a stipulated price remuneration in accordance with the Contract Documents.

A bid bond, bank draft or certified cheque in the amount of 10% of the bid price made payable to the Town of Sussex must accompany submitted tenders.

Public opening of tenders with owner will take place in the Town of Sussex boardroom directly following tender close. Notification of tender results will be forwarded to bidders via email the next business day following tender close.

The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. The lowest or any bid not necessarily accepted.
