NRFP-02-20: Subdivision Development – Coventry Walk

The Town of Sussex is seeking development proposals for a vacant parcel of land that the Town of Sussex currently owns. The land can be identified as PID # 30192025, and described by a tentative address of a land parcel accessed off an extension of Bryant Drive in the Town of Sussex Coventry Walk Subdivision with an assigned acreage to this land parcel of 4.27 hectares.

NRFP documents must be obtained from Town of Sussex. To obtain documents contact Scott Hatcher, P. Eng., at scott.hatcher@sussex.ca and include NRFP-02-20 Subdivision Development – Coventry Walk in the subject line or call 506-432-4553.

An optional pre-proposal information meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at 3:00 pm at the Town of Sussex Town Hall, 524 Main Street, Sussex, NB.

Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00:00 pm Local Time, Tuesday, June 30, 2020 at Town Hall, 524 Main Street, Sussex, NB, E4E 3E4.

Proposals must be clearly labeled as “NRFP-02-20: Subdivision Development – Coventry Walk” and the name and address of the Proponent must appear on the outside of the envelope.

Proposals by email or fax will not be considered.

Proposals will be opened immediately following the closing time in the Committee Room of the Town.
