Wild Parsnip – Here’s what you need to know

Wild Parsnip, also referred to as Giant Hogweed, is an invasive plant that has become more and more prevalent in our area.  Coming into contact with the sap can cause burns, scars and even blindness.  Children are especially vulnerable as they may be drawn to playing in the tall grasses and fields where it grows.
