Public Notice – Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment, By-law #1350-10-38

The Town of Sussex proposes to amend its Zoning By-law, By-law #1350-10 by changing the designation of the land bearing PID #30022370 and having civic address of 270 St George Street from a Single and Two Family Residential including Six-Family Residential (R3) Zone to Business Residential (BR) Zone permitting a Health Service Business or Office together with Twelve (12) units of apartment dwellings with terms and conditions.

The proposed By-law Amendment may be inspected by interested citizens during working hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday at the Town Office, 524 Main Street.

The Public Presentation of the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment will be held at 22 Maple Avenue on Wednesday March 17, 2021 at 6:00 p.m.

Written objections to the proposed Zoning By-Law Amendment may be made to the Town Council within thirty days of the day of the public presentation.
