PUBLIC NOTICE – Hearing of Objections proposed Zoning By-law Amendment, By-law #1350-21-02

The Town Council of the Town of Sussex is considering an amendment to its Zoning By-law, By-law #1350-21-02 which proposes to rezone a parcel of land located on the west side of Western Street with civic address of 70 Western Street and having P.I.D. #00267963 from an Institutional (“IN”) zone with Terms and Conditions to a Single Family Residential (“R1”) zone permitting a Single-Family Residential Development

The proposed by-law amendment may be inspected by interested citizens at the Office of the Clerk during working hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday at 524 Main Street, Sussex NB.

Written objections to the proposed Municipal Plan and Zoning By-Law Amendments will be received by the undersigned until 5:00pm Monday, August 15, 2022.

A Hearing of Objections of the proposed Municipal Plan By-law Amendment and proposed Zoning By-law Amendment will be held in the Council Chambers of the Town Office at 524 Main Street on Monday August 15, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. Any persons wishing to speak for or against these written objections may do so at this time.
