PUBLIC NOTICE – HEARING OF OBJECTIONS – ZONING BY-LAW AMENDMENT, BY-LAW 1350-24-01
The Town of Sussex proposes to amend its Zoning By-Law, By-law #1350-10.
The proposed By-law Amendment may be inspected by interested citizens during working hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday at the Town Office, 524 Main Street.
Written objections to the proposed by-law amendment will be received by the undersigned at the Town Office until 5:00 p.m. on Monday, October 28, 2024.
A Hearing of Objections will be held at the Council Chambers of the Town Office at 524 Main Street, Sussex NB on Monday, October 28, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. to hear these objections.
Any persons wishing to speak for or against these written objections may do so at that time.
The purpose of the proposed by-Law amendment is to change the designation of a portion of the land on the west side of Golding Street and bearing P.I.D. #00089953, to permit One and Two Unit Residential (“R2”) on these lands.
