Hearing of Objections – Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment, By-law 1350-10-38

The Town of Sussex proposes to amend its Zoning By-Law, By-law #1350-10.

The proposed By-law Amendment may be inspected by interested citizens during working hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday at the Town Office, 524 Main Street.

Written objections to the proposed By-Law Amendment will be received by the undersigned at the Town Office until 5:00 p.m. on Monday, April 19, 2021.

A Hearing of Objections will be held at 22 Maple Avenue on Monday, April 19, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. to hear these objections.

Any persons wishing to speak for or against these written objections may do so at that time.

The purpose of the proposed By-Law Amendment is to change the designation of a portion of the land bearing P.I.D. #300022370 and having civic address of 270 St. George Street from a Single and Two Family Residential including Six-Family Residential (R3) Zone to Business Residential (BR) Zone permitting a Health Service Business or Office together with Twelve (12) units of apartment dwellings with terms and conditions.
