National Volunteer Week Nomination Form 2023

2023 represents the 31st annual Volunteer awards. The volunteer reception will take place during National Volunteer week which is April 16-22, by nominating a volunteer we will invite the volunteer to be recognized and celebrate.

At this time we would ask you to nominate only one volunteer from your organization. It is our thought that each year a different volunteer from each organization will have the opportunity to receive this recognition.
