EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY – Administrative Assistant – Town Clerk’s Office

Sussex requires a dynamic individual with demonstrated high standards of interpersonal and customer service. The Administrative Assistant to the Town Clerk’s Office assists the Town Clerk in performing all statutory duties under the Local Governance Act and provides administrative assistance to all departments to ensure compliance with policies and statues. This position reports to the Town Clerk.

Desirable education, abilities and skills include graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent and graduation from a business program from a recognized business college including training in Microsoft Office suite of software. The ability to meet and assist the public as well as working and interacting with other employees and elected officials is required.
