The Town of Sussex proposes to amend The Municipal Plan and Zoning By-Law. The By-Law Amendments may be inspected by interested citizens during working hours of 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday at the Town Office, 524 Main Street.
Written objections to the proposed By-Law Amendments will be received by the undersigned at the Town Office until 5:00 P.M. on Monday ,July 15,2019.
A hearing of objections will be held in the Council Chambers of the Town Of Sussex located at 524 Main Street on Monday ,July 15, 2019, at 6:30 P.M. to hear these objections.
Any persons wishing to speak for or against these written objections may do so at that time.
The purpose of the proposed By-Law Amendments is to change the designation of a portion of the land bearing P.I.D. #30009666 and having civic address of 30 Chapman Drive from Residential Low Density, Single Family Residential zone to an Institutional Zone permitting an educational building for students or quests, a business office or meeting rooms integral to the administration and operation of the Sussex Christian School or classrooms with terms and conditions.
