Payments

The Town of Sussex accepts payments for the most requested town services at one convenient location. Payments may be made at 524 Main Street. Ample parking is available in the parking lot behind Town Hall.

The Town accepts Cash, Personal Cheque, Debit, Visa and Master Card. Please make payments 4 days in advance of the due-date to allow for processing.

Please Note: The Town of Sussex is unable to accept payment with a Visa or Master Card over the telephone. The Town of Sussex is also unable to accept payment with a credit card that does not bear the name of the person attempting to make payment.

Payment Options - Town of Sussex Water & Sewer Utility

TO SAVE TIME USE ONE OF THE FIRST TWO METHODS

TELEPHONE/INTERNET BANKING:

You may pay your water bill over the telephone using the Telephone Banking system with your own banking institution. We are listed as "Water Sussex" with most banks.

With some banks you will have the option of paying your Sussex water bill on their website. Since all banks have a slightly different system, you should check with your branch if you have difficulty finding this option.

Please use your Location ID number as your account number when using telephone or Internet banking.

SNB WEBSITE "NO CHARGE":

If you have access to the Web you can access the Service New Brunswick website to pay your water bill by Mastercard or Visa.

IN PERSON:

Water & Sewer Utility Payments can be made in person at the Town Office, 524 Main Street in Sussex, weekdays between the hours of 8:30am-5pm. The Town accepts Cash, Personal Cheque, Debit, Visa and Master Card.
